I failed my 11th standard passed 12th with 81% but in the NEET PHASE 2 application form in 11th education section detail ( they ask do u passed your 11th std. and the option are given 1. Passed and 2. Not applicable ) which option should i fill ?

Didn't you passed your 11th standard? If not then how comes you had given your class 12th boards? That's very clear that you had passed your 11th be it by giving compartment exam, you have passed else you shouldn't able to give ypur 12th boards. Now you have the option to select the passed option.
