i am Completed the NEET -UG phase II registration process But i am not Touch and not fill any details about 12th class educational details in phase II. and i filled at time of Phase I Registration as 12th education as arrpeared is any problems are not some one says results will not declare.true?

You don't need to worry at all. In phase 2 form educational details of students are asked. They have to mention their 10th and 11th class details and the 12th class details were already mentioned except for class 12 marks. You only need to submit you 12th class marks there. Your result will surely be uploaded.
