You should sent an email to the authority for sending you the duplicate copy of the Registration Certificate in which you will be able to fill up form and able to appear on the jee mains exam.Further you may make future plan for your study after BTech courses.And can apply for more entrance test for different course of study in India and Aboard .Whenever there is correction window will be opened the you have to correct the mistake you have done in your form fill up.
