Hi prateek ,
I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits.
As nits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
Either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed private institutes with your desired branch.

Considering your rank and your state it will be not possible to get any good nits .
You may have some chances for low ranking nits like ( nit Srinagar ; nit Uttarakhand ; nit Silchar ; nit Puducherry etc.) Depending upon other students choices preference and number if seats vacant.
But you will get a good state or private colleges in core branches and that will be more beneficial to you.
So good luck.
