At first, just being OBC member doesn't provide you reservation in NITs. You must be of non creamy layer.
Really sorry to say that with 12627, you won't be able to get any of the NITs in India. Every NITs cutoff closes below 5000 rank. You can definitely go for IIITs, if the cutoff matches your rank.
