I got 127 marks in neet 2019 am i eligible to get a medical college and belonging to st category

127 is Avery low score . With this score you can not get admission in any government or private medical college. Your category also would do no good to you.
You get only fetch a seat in a private college through management quota. But that will be way too expensive.
If you are really keen in pursuing a medical carrer then I suggest you to prepare again for the exam.
Score well and get admission in any college of your choice...
