One can not predict the exact results for UPSEE, since it organised 5 rounds of counselling for 2017-18 session which were reduced to 3 rounds during 2018-19.
So, it is a sheer matter of luck that how many rounds would be held this time.
If it happened in the same way as it was before, then there are high chances that you would get a seat for B.Arch in faculty of architecture, Lucknow.

My SCGL rank in upsee architecture exam is 7 . Is there any chance to get admission in faculty of architecture , Lucknow .

Since you belong from reserved category, there are pretty good chances that you will get faculty of architecture, Lucknow.
You can also refer to previous year cut offs of UPSEE.
