Hello,
Based upon your score in NEET 2019, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Deemed Universities. Use NEET College Predictor to Check Your Chances in Deemed Universities Based on Your NEET AIR

Hello Shruti
No chance Until and Unless you are from SC ot ST category (Considering MBBS)
Private medical colleges is your only chance.
If you have reservation then last year Tamil Nadu was probably one of the few states where you could into govt seats with that marks. For General Category there is no chance anywhere.
