At 318, it is quite difficult for you to get a government college for MBBS/BDS in AIQ/state counselling in INDIA since the cut off goes quite high.
I would recommend you to go for the private institutions or semi government institutions which have less cut off or you can also try in alternate medicine courses if you are interested.
