I got 33 percentile is this qualifying percentile

Hey mohammad,
your percentile is quite low to get qualified. My advice to you would be to appear for the JEE mains exam in april. The best score out of both the exams will be considered as the final result. Start preparing for it. The result will be out only after the april exam.
