i got 67 percentile and this years qualifying percentile for obc was 68 percentile so can i expect decent college(i belong to obc and Maharashtra)

Hey, you should not expect any decent college just on scoring 67 percentile. Students securing 90 percentile of obc category, still are not getting decent college. As you will be having a very low rank based on your percentile, you should apply to private colleges and universities if looking for cs or it. Else apply to government college of state.
