i got 350 marks in neet 2019. 400 in neet 2020. this year i got 215 marks in neet 2021.which mark will be consider for admission

For admission in medical college you have to secure passing marks in the NEET exam. Since you have already secured 215 marks for the admission process the current year exam marks would be considered and not the previous ones. So if you are applying for the counselling process of 2021 your NEET 2021 marks will be considered.
