i got 3.8 lakh in jee main. and 71 % in 12 will i get cse in any college through reap

Do Bit deoghr spot round Counsealing .You can get this college either CSE/ece/it easily at this rank.
U can also try for bit Patna/Jaipur spot round but chances are less

well you have chances but chances are little less so cross your fingers and hope you will get admission there.They are guaranteeing you 100% placement so it is a good option for you but chances are low but you have Chances there.Go for it
