Well, 38 marks in Jee mains won't help you get into an NIT even if you belong to SC category.Speaking of able to or not able to give JEE advance ,that totally depends on this year's cutoff for SC category.I'm sorry but there no chance that you'll be getting into an NIT but there are chances of being able to give advance.Hope this helps .
