As you have not mentioned your category I assume you belong to general category.
As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With UR category and 427 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota. But, you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state tgrough state quota. As last cut offs are usually around 370.

I belong to 2AH category i. e. 371 j (hyd karnataka) & 2A obc. Whether pvt. Seats quota is available at KIMS Hubballi as i persume it is a Govt. College.
