Hi Mahtab,
By now you would have already been allocated a college in the first round of counselling.
As fara s state quota counselling is concerned, you might be allocated Patna medical college and hospital with such good marks and that great rank.
But I would recommend you to take admission through central counselling becuase you will surely get a better and more profound college through central counselling.
But at the end choice is yours.
