I got 78%tile in jee mains paper 2 and my OBC rank is 17,315.Can i get seat in any nit's?

Hi aspirant
The cut off is too high .As there are less number of seats in NITs for B.arch course.
You need to score more than 95%ile to get seats at NITs.
