First of all congratulations for getting 80 Marks in GATE exam.you did very well.If you really get that score,You will get any one of the PSU irrespective of the Category.The chances of getting a PSU is very high.
If you want to complete your Masters you will definitely get the top IIT's.

Your marks is quite good.With this score you can easily pursue mtech degree courses in older IITs(IIT DELHI,IIT KANPUR,IIT BOMBAY,IIT MADRAS,IIT GUWAHATI).But right now I cannot assure you about PSUs call letter this year paper is relatively easy as compare to last five years.Usually candidate with this marks get call letter from various PSUs.But this year cuttoff of various may go high.But you can expect PSUs.Wait till IIT Guwahati release gate score.
