i got 80 percentile in jee mains belongs to obc category does i will get seat in nit or not

You can apply for josaa counselling , you can get some lower nit's or your home state nit as the cutoff is low . Apart from nit , you can apply for iiit and various gfti also , which offer admission through josaa and you can also apply for state counselling for applying to other state government colleges which are good.
