I got 83 percentile in JEE mains will i qualify for JEE adv and please suggest me some govt College where i could enter with this percentile

The cut off to qualify JEE mains is probably 85 percentile. so maybe there is no chance of getting a government college through JEE mains . But you can go for some of the private colleges .

Your predicted rank would be around 148000 (general rank) .If you are from general category it is less to qualify the mains (predicted). Therefore you are not eligible for appearing in Jee Advanced exam.Rank will be mire clear when NTA announces the official result after April mains.If you are of obc category then you may qualify and you can get lower Nits with lower branches like production engineering,mining, biotechnology engineering, metallurgical engineering in Northeast NITs.So do better in April mains exam and score more percentile.
