I got 96% in class 12 and 90.13 percentile( 108000) in jee mains , i need a good college.

12th marks will won't matter much in terms of government college but you may get a good private college with it, but good private colleges in India are way expensive and if you can afford then go for it.
In government colleges you may get lower NITs/IIITs which is still not a bad option either. Select that branch which draws your attention more so that you will get success.
