I got 96.1 in mains on Jan 12 ,2nd shift and Iam from OBC category can I get top 10 NIT's core groups

Yes may get NITS but we can't predict the college because the official cutoff and results are not released by national testing agency NTA.it is released on the month of April you have to wait until the official results are released.
But I will provide formula for predicting the rank by your percentile.
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.
By this formula your rank is 34978.on the basis of rank only the cutoff for college is decided. I will provide link for top previous years NITS cutoff link from careers 360.here you can compare the cut-off rank.
