I got 97.5 percentile with 28000 rank in CRL and GEN-EWS 3500. what are my best options

Reservation for EWS category has been provided for the first in JEE Main exam therefore it would be difficult to tell you about your chances of admission as previous year cutoff is not available for reference.
However, you have got a good percentile. You might have chances of getting admission in any decent engineering college.
