Your 2018 NEET score won't be applicable for the admissions in this year 2019.
If you want admission in any of the medical colleges' this year, then you need to appear and qualify for either of the medical entrance exams like NEET, AIIMS or JIPMER- the registration of which is over now.
However, for JIPMER- the registration will start from 6th March 2019. You can register yourself as per your wish.
