I would like to inform you that just qualifying NEET is not improtant.Its also important so as to get a good score so as to get a good college.I would further like to tell you that Yes if you get your pass certificate after giving your maths exam again you will be eligible for getting admission.

if at the time of counselling you have not still passed the examination you failed you are not eligible i.e. you cannot go for counselling. If you clear your compartment by then you can go. Simple as that.
