There will be candidate registration tab which will be placed in tseamcet.nic.in portal. Once it is done you need have candidate registration and generate login details. So keep checking the portal regularly.

If you did not get the login id after your certificate verfication then you should wait for around 1 day or contact the tseamcet help line center immediately. You can mail them your query at tseamcethelpdesk2019@gmail.com
Because if you delay that it might be a problem for your option entry process.
You can also find the contact numbers on the official website of tseamcet.
