i had entered wrong date of birth in comedk application form by one day and now as results are out there is no way to change it .do they reject my application?...

Well dear,If you have entered the wrong Date of birth,that is what will come printed when your results are out,there are many people out there who commit the same mistake,so,don't worry,your application will not get rejected.
