i had passed class 12th 2020 and want to appear in neet 2021 as a repeater, then what is my qualifying code ?

This will not affect your marks (your score wont be deducted or added) but if another candidate has the same marks as you there will be two options
- the candidate is younger or
- older than you
if the other candidate is younger than you, you will be placed higher on the merit list.
Taking a drop year/ repeating does not affect your qualifying criteria, age does
