I had wasted my 11th and 12 th class syllabus i have remained with very less time jan jee main attempt can anyone suggest me

Leave the time that you wasted it is never going to come back now just focus on present firstly start focussing on chemistry part most because it is the easiest subject among the three and start practicing maths as maths can be done easily when it is about jee mains . Mostly focus on basics jee is not about command on any subject its about the basics of any chapter.

Whatever you have wasted leave that. Now, focus on what you have left. Just give the mains of January session,  but prepare for april session. So, first make  a time table. And focus on whatever chapter you have left. Try to complete it all by 1st December.  And devote full December in practicing queations, giving mocks, and revising the sllybus. Since, the time is less don't try to cover whole sllybus,  but cover that much, which can be possible.

And after January mains cover the remaining for april session.

The best you can do in less time is to remember formulas of physics and maths and practice them through selective questions so that you will remember them.
For chemistry you should read ncert as much as you can.
Also, don't forget to do each and every previous year question as concepts are always repeated in JEE Main.
