I have 200squar yard Unregisterd land in kanpur nagar and land is disputed also. so can i apply for EWS certificate

Hello Namit,
To be eligible for getting EWS Certificate, you need to fulfil the below mentioned eligibility criteria which states:
1. Candidate's annual family income must be lest than Rs 8LPA.
2. His family must not own more than 5 acres of agriculture land.
3. The residential flat area should be below 1000 sq ft.
4. The residential plot's area should be below 100 square yards if in a notified municipality sector.
5. The residential plot's area should be below 200 square yards if in a non-notified municipality sector.
