NITs select candidates according to JEE Main cutoff. Cutoff for OBC-NCL in JEE mains was 74.31. If you have result equal to or below the cutoff then you can take admission in any NIT college suitable for you.
there are some colleges which also consider open unversity i.e. they select students from outer states. So you can go for it.
