i have an income and cast certificate of the year 2018 ... is it valid and can i submit my bed form through this ya new one... plz reply fast plz

You can use your cast certificate of year 2018 as vast certificate has validity of life time.
But Income certificate is valid for a financial year . Financial year starts on April first and ends on March 31, of next year. If you get income certificate on April 20, 2019 then it will be valid till March 31, 2020.
