i have domecile certificate of chhattisgarh (i am born and raised their) and i come under obc central list of uttar pradesh ( my father born and raised in uttar pradesh) but i don't come under obc central list of chhattisgarh,can i apply obc for state reservation in chhattisgarh ?

As you mentioned that you have the domicile certificate of chattisgarh but you come under obc central list of Uttar Pradesh. So, I would recommend you to take the certificate from Chattisgarh for your obc certificate then you would be absolutely eligible for your reservation.
