I have done diploma in civil engineering. If I clear jee mains 2018, can I get admission into any NIT's ?

You can happily write Jee mains and qualify to apply for Jee advanced. You can write these exams but you have to start from 1 BTech
You have no option for lateral entry

Diploma students who have completed their degree, or are in the final year of doing so, are eligible to apply for JEE Main 2018, but will not be given admission to NITs and CFTIs. If they qualify JEE Main, they will have to appear for JEE Advanced, and they will be given admission like class 12th pass students. No lateral entry. Please visit following link to know more.
