Yes your rank isn't the best. But still your rank is good enough to fetch you NIT AND IIIT.
You can get branches like Mechanical, Civil, metallurgy and chemical branches in nits like Srinagar, meghalaya, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Sikkim, Patna.
But I know these aren't the best colleges which we dream of.
So you can opt for IIIT KANCHEEPURAM ECE(iMTech). It's a good college.
If you are still not satisfied you can opt for private colleges like THAPAR or jaypee noida you can easily get cse in these colleges and their placements are very good.
