I have entered my class 11 Hall ticket number instead of class 12 in AIIMS final registration form. Will I face any problem?

It is unfortunate that you made such a mistake in an important form. The best you can do is contact the admissions committee and find out if there is any way for you to undo your mistake. I am providing you with their contact details as stated below:
