I have filled the jee form only for paper 2 is it ok or i have to give jee paper 1 also for b.arc..

If you want to take admission in IITs then you have to appear for JEE Main paper 1 then you have to qualify JEE Advanced exam to appear for AAT exam for architecture.
You can take admission in NITs through JEE Main paper II
