I have given my 12th examination this year only and haven't received my results.so can i apply?

Yes of course. In CG-PET you can apply if you haven't received your result yet but at the time of your admission you need to submit the Marksheet's copy in your college.
As of now, you can apply in CG-PET and appear for the exam.
