I have got 180 marks in jee main and my rank is 21737.my home state is Karnataka will I get nit here and I am an SC candidate.

Hi dear
Since you have not mentioned that whether your rank is your category rank or all India rank. If it is the all India rank, then you can get admission into NITs for sure, even through open state pool. Whereas if it is category rank, then sorry but you won't be able to get NIT in Karnataka ,even through home state quota. To get a clear idea, you may check the college predictor link as well.
