I am sorry to tell you but you will not be able to fetch a seat in government medical college with your marks as last year lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota for st category was 335 marks and it was for Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences, Kalaburagi.
I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
