Since you have not mentioned your category so I assume that you are in the general category. Based on previous years cutoff trends your chances to get vlsi course in top IITs will be tough. Some of the colleges where you might get vlsi branch are-
- IIT Mandi- 400 (2017)
- ISM Dhanbad- 473 (2017)
- NIT Agartala- closing score- 495 (2018)
- NIT Durgapur- closing score- 521 (2018)
