i have just come to class12th and my portion is state syllabus and we use Telugu academy books so i want to write the jee mains 2021 attempt and my whole 11th got wasted so what should i concentrate upon the 12th class or comeplte the 11th class portion and are dpps enough to complete the whole of11

Nothing is wasted.... Don't think like that. For jee mains you have 3 attempts. If you complete your 12th in 2021 then you have attempts upto 2022.
You are now in 12 th class. Concentrate in your daily class and study hard so that you understand it. It's not about marks. It's all about understanding. If you understand a concept, you won't forget or confuse yourself.
So understand your 12th class (use NCERT also) and be serious for exams. On the part of 11th, use NCERT and read them line by line, understand it. Solve example and excersice.
There are many videos available in Youtube, use it to guide you. Follow chapter by chapter and cover it. Attempt mock tests and solve as many questions you can. Keep patience and manage your time.
