Hi aspirant,
This is not a very big issue but you will be surely asked about it at the time of documents verification in counselling. You will need to create an affidavit stating both the persons are same with self attested signature and relevant documents. You will require following documents:
- JEE Main seat allotment letter issued by JoSAA.
- Three passport size photographs (have to be the same as uploaded during registration).
- A government-issued photo identity card.
- Proof of fee payment for JEE Main seat acceptance.
- Date of birth proof.
- JEE Main Admit Card 2021
- Class 12 Mark sheet.
- JEE Main 2021 Score Card
- Category certificate (if applicable).
