i have paid on ncert website for some books and i have paid the fee and they are showing transaction is failed and amount is debited

It may happens sometimes if there is some technical issue payment may gets failed sometimes dont worry you need to contact NCERT helpline number tell them your issue they will help you regarding this.
For the payment you can contact your bank if payment not done they will refund the full amount that you paid during buying books the amount will be credited soon in your account.
