I have passed my 12th in 2017 with 63% & I am preparing for jee main 2019. Now what should I do to get admission in NIT/IIT ?

No you can't get admission in NIT. Board percentage should be more than 70 %.

You are not eligible for IITs because there is minimum 75% is required in class 12 boards to take admission in it.
