I have received OBC certificate for JEE MAINS 2021. the maximum size mentioned in website is 300kb however my certificate size from e-governance site is 450kb. On using online compressing tools the digital signature is removed. What should i do?

As you have received obc certificate of 450kb and in jee mains the size limit is 300kb, then to bring it under size limit keeping the digital signature intact you can follow any one of the two methods given below :-
METHOD 1 :-
Don't use size reduction tool, instead, you print that form. After printing you can scan that copy and make a new pdf and then you can use compressing tools to bring it under size limit ( if after making pdf of scanned copy the size limits exceeds ).
OR
METHOD 2 :-
Go to a cyber cafe, and state your problem. The guy from the cyber cafe will make that file size under 300kb and your digital signature will not be removed. And then you can upload that.
So, you can use any of the methods as per your convenience.
