i have registered for up neet counselling 2019 for the first round on 24 june at 7 pm but didn't pay councelling fee

Let me tell you the reason, where you haven't paid the fee as every cousiling process has fee though you register is invalid , that's the reason is showing that, better you need to go for state only as you are to late
