It would not be wise to go for the AIQ but you can go for your state counseling. It also depends on which category you belong to. As you haven't mentioned it guessing it by general your rank in your state counseling can help you get a seat. Generally 450+ would be safe score for both bds and BAMS. Do go for the registration for both the ayush and neet state counselling.
