Hello dear aspirant,
Since right now you are studying in 12th and will give 12th board exams in coming months therefore your code in neet application form will be 01.
Code 1 says
Candidate those are appearing in class 12th and their results are awaitied in 2020, they are only eligible to get admission in mbbs or bds programme if they qualify in the 10+2 exam with required percentage of marks at the time of first round of counselling.

since you are a 12th passout candidate and you have done your 12th examination form state board so definitely your qualifying code is 03.
here I am describing you about code 03
The Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science of an Indian University/Board or other recognised examining body with Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Biotechnology (which shall include practical test in these subjects) and also English as a compulsory subject.
