I just tried to register in mcc ...but it states that the new registration is over ...but the dates for registration are jun19-24...

Hello,
Don't panic, the website may be not working at the moment because of rush, things will work out soon. The registration over is for 2018, not for 2019. This year registration will happen on the scheduled dates only. Just wait and have a bit patience, things will fall into place. This is a common scenarios when the websites get jammed
